Your stories, your feelings, they're the most important to me.

— Irina Kupriienko

Hey, I’m Irina, but you can call me Iri.
I’m a 29-year-old photographer based in the Manchester area. I’m passionate about capturing the unique stories and genuine emotions that make each moment special.

in my work, I focus on you...your stories and your feelings. Those are the most important things to me. I want to make sure the moments you care about are saved in photos. Whether it’s fun times with your family or warm hugs shared between you and your partner, I want to capture the love and happiness you feel. So when you look at your pictures later, you can remember those special moments and feel them all over again.

I'm originally from Ukraine, and photography has always been my biggest passion. It started with just snapping candid shots of my family and friends, but that ignited a fire in me to dive deeper into photography.

I love traveling and exploring the world. About five years ago, I took a big step and became a photographer on a cruise ship in the USA. It was an amazing experience! During one of my breaks, I decided to live in Mexico, where I captured some wonderful moments and had the chance to photograph people from all over the world. Thinking about it now feels surreal.

Life had a beautiful surprise for me when I met my soulmate during my adventures. Together, we chose to make England our home, settling in the North West near Manchester, where we both continue to follow our passions...

One time, I came across this saying:

"If you don't think photos are important, wait until they are all you have."

This deeply touched me because I lost one of the most important people in my life. Back then, when I was taking photos of my grandparents, I didn’t think much of it. But now, those photos have become some of my most treasured possessions. They are all that’s left, a faded memory of every moment we shared together. Looking back at those photos, I truly appreciate that we captured those moments when we did. That’s why I genuinely understand how important photos are to everyone. I deeply believe in them because, as time passes and memories fade, photos let us relive those moments again and again.
